Millennium Bridge
Millennium Bridge (Bul. Ivana Crnojevica, Podgorica) – this bridge, which cross the capital’s Morača River, was opened in July 2005 (on the anniversary of the uprising of the Montenegrin people against the Italian Axis occupation of the country in World War II). It is one of the few notable architecturally distinct sights in the city. Travelers familiar with the Balkan republics have said that this bridge is reminiscent of a similar one at Belgrade, Serbia.
